The Challenge
Roofing contractors stitched together CRMs, spreadsheets, and SMS to run jobs. Jobflo needed to replace that with one platform that field crews and ops teams actually wanted to use.
What I did
Designed the end to end SaaS experience: lead intake, estimates, scheduling, job tracking, and the customer portal. I built and refined the interface as the platform grew, keeping field crews and ops teams working from the same system.
