The Challenge
Clinics were juggling separate tools for queues, billing, and inventory. Staff burned hours switching between systems and patients felt the delay.
What I did
Ran research with clinic staff and doctors, mapped the full operational workflow, then designed a unified web app from wireframes through hi fi UI, prototype, and design system.
