The Challenge
Teams were shipping inconsistent UIs across products. NV Design System set the token layer, component library, and documentation that let everyone move faster without drifting.
What I did
Set the token layer for color, type, spacing, and radii, built the core component library, and wrote the documentation so teams could adopt it without one-off overrides. I maintained it as the shared foundation across multiple products.
